HSE Management

GISCO’s Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems are in line with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 respectively. We are in progress to be certified by the MOODY for compliance.

GISCO is using Qshare Management System which is an enterprise web application software, designed to create an open communication loop between us and our EQS Consultant, our registrar and our clients.

Our HSE Policy is endorsed by the General Manager & Management Representative. The responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring the HSE Management System within the Organization lies with the HSE Management Representative.

The HSE Management System documentation within the Organization is structured at four levels:

Level - 1 HSEMS Assurance Manual

Level - 2 HSE Procedures Manual

Level - 3 Risk Assessments/ Job Descriptions

Level - 4 Standard Forms/ Reports

On award of the Contract, the Project Specific HSE Plan is prepared based on our Corporate HSE Management System and Client’s HSE guidelines. Risk Assessments are carried out for all major/ significant activities and the control measures are implemented on approval by the Client.

HSE Personnel are deployed to monitor the effective implementation of Project HSE Management System. The MR (HSE) and QHSE Manager shall review the effectiveness of the Project HSE Management System every six months with the key personnel of the Project.
