Our goal is to accomplish quality at all levels. GISCO management is determined to provide our clients with services that exceed their expectations. GISCO is an ISO 9001 certified company since year 2005.The basic objective of GISCO in the area of quality is continuous improvement of the quality of service, which we may achieve only through the inclusion of all the processes, operational functions and employees in the quality management system

GISCO has developed a quality management system (QMS), to better satisfy the needs of its client and to continually improve the management system of GISCO. This management system is operated in accordance with documented procedures in order to establish the quality control parameters to be utilized during the execution of the projects/ services and to verify the successful completion of each element of them.

GISCO Quality policy  is established to communicate the company commitments and aspirations with regard to quality, and to define principal objectives for the quality management system. 

While focusing on the customer’s quality expectations, GISCO develops specific Quality Plans that define the activities/ tasks that intend to deliver the projects/ services required by the client. These plans are established in accordance to ISO 10005:2005 and based on the procedures of GISCO QMS.
